For weekday events (Mon-Thu), barn hire starts at £100 per hour for small events (unfurnished, unstaffed), or £800 per day/evening for larger events (furnished, staffed).

For weekend events (Fri/Sat/Sun), barn hire starts at £110 per hour for small events (unfurnished, unstaffed) or £850 per day/evening for larger events (furnished, staffed)  .

  • Dry hire of the barn. No staff, furniture or bar. Maximum 30 participants. Prices start at £100 for midweek bookings (2 hr minimum).

  • Half day barn hire for a celebration of life, with a staffed bar, furniture and access to the barn for approximately 5 hours. Prices start at £500 midweek, £800 (Fri/Sat/Sun)

  • Evening barn hire for an anniversary meal or party, with a staffed bar and furniture and access to the barn from 4pm till midnight. Prices start at £800 midweek, £1000 (Fri/Sat/Sun)

  • Weekend barn hire for a party with a staffed bar, furnished and access to the barn for the day (ideally from 10am until midnight). Prices are bespoke to the individual event due to the number of participants, duration and type of event.

Our venue hire fee includes the following core services:

  • Exclusive use of the venue

  • Event planning support and day of the event coordination

  • Fully licenced venue

  • Facilities (luxury toilets, power, heating)

  • Furniture if included in your length of hire (Twelve round banquet tables and silver Cheltenham seats)

  • Fire pit and wood (which we light on your request)

  • Catering hut.

You are free to choose your own suppliers, including caterers and entertainment. We can certainly help you find some excellent ones ( please see our suppliers list).
